Quorn is situated in the beautiful Flinders Ranges of South Australia and is around 4 hours drive from Adelaide. The population is approximately 1200 people and our show is the most Northern in South Australia.
Aside from Show stopping entertainment which is always different each year we have sideshows & amusements, exhibits in photography, cooking, plants & flowers, dairy produce & vegetables, handicrafts & art, needlework, jams & preserves, poultry & pigeons, horses-in-action, horse breed classes, and wool.
This year we introduced a Wool Bale Rolling Competition and a Bike/All Wheel Decorating Competition. We also have a new competition for the best decorated birthday cake for juniors and seniors.
Local community groups have a variety of stalls including a barbecue, drinks, donuts, and hot chips.
There is much to see, lots to buy, and a great variety of food to choose from.
Show rides and carnival games, Blow Up Castles for the Young and Old, Revitup virtual racing car fun, Rainbow Animal Farm, Wool Bale Rolling Competition, and Bike/All Wheels Decorating Competition. Local wool spinners and knitters showed their expertise and offered advice to those interested in their craft.
